If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, the appointment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds, we value your feedback and will work with you to address your concerns.
