Booking Policy
​預約須知

  1. 所有服務收費均明碼實價,不設議價。All service fees are clearly marked at actual prices and are not negotiable.
     

  2. 本店不定時推出推廣優惠,有關安排請參閱最新消息公佈。Our shop occasionally launches promotional offers; please refer to the latest announcements for details.
     

  3. 預約服務日期及時間後,客戶須在24小時內支付全數服務金額以作確認。After booking the service date and time, customers must transfer the full service amount within 24 hours to confirm.
     

  4. 限期內未有收到付款確認的預約會自動取消,不作另行通知。Any reservation without payment confirmation within the deadline will be automatically canceled without further notice.
     

  5. 所有預約均以「先付先約」形式安排。All appointments are arranged on a "pay first, served first" basis.
     

  6. 同一個服務時間,如遇兩位客人同時預約,將會以最早付款確認的客人獲得。If two customers book the same service time, the one who confirms payment first will get the appointment.
     

  7. 如需更改服務日期及時間,最遲須24小時前聯絡我們提出。If customer needs to change the service date and time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
     

  8. 不接受服務當日更改預約日期及時間。Changes to the appointment date and time on the service day are not accepted.
     

  9. 如服務當日無故缺席,將視為預約取消,所付金額不獲退還。If customer absent without notice on the service day, it will be considered a cancellation and the paid amount will not be refunded.
     

  10. 服務當日如客人遲到,時間將不獲得補償。If a customer is late on the service day, the time will not be compensated.
     

  11. 服務當日如未有任何通知,遲到15分鐘預約將被取消,所付金額不會退還。If there is no notification on the service day, a reservation that is more than 15 minutes late will be canceled, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
     

  12. 敬請預約,不接受Walk-in,不接受即日預約。Please make a reservation; walk-ins are not accepted, and same-day appointments are not allowed.
     

  13. 所有預約一經付款確認,不接受任何理由取消或退款。Once a reservation is confirmed with payment, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
     

  14. 所有一對一課程,須於付款確認後60天內完成,逾期將不獲補課及退款。All one-on-one courses must be completed within 60 days of payment confirmation; no make-up classes or refunds will be granted for overdue sessions.
     

  15. 所有小組教學課程會按原定日期上課,未能出席將無法安排補課及退款,在報名前請謹慎安排私人事務。All group classes will be held on the scheduled date; absence will not allow for make-up classes or refunds, so please plan your personal matters carefully before registration.
     

  16. 如遇惡劣天氣,例如八號風球或黑色暴雨警告,所有已預約之服務及課程將會取消。In case of inclement weather, such as a number 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning, all booked services and classes will be canceled.
     

  17. 我們會主動聯絡安排改期,如無法接受更改後的日期,將會安排退款。If inclement weather takes place, we will proactively contact participants and/or customers to arrange rescheduling; if you cannot accept the reschedule date, a refund will be arranged.
     

  18. 預約一經付款確認,即被視為同意預約須知之所有內容及細則,須受條款約束。Once a reservation is confirmed with payment, it is considered as agreement to all the contents and terms of the booking policy and must comply with the terms.
     

  19. Lucky Seven Tarot Limited擁有最後解釋權利。Lucky Seven Tarot Limited reserves the right of final interpretation.
